The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.60 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 78.38 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.42 per cent at Rs 89.21 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 74.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 38.76 per cent to Rs 89.53 crore from Rs 64.52 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 2400.00 per cent at Rs 12.75 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.51 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 103.35 per cent to Rs -0.32 crore as against Rs 9.56 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 102.79 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 33.05 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.79 crore, while Taxation decreased by 1.33 per cent at Rs 2.23 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.26 crore).
