The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.06 crore compared to net loss of Rs 1.28 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 27.83 per cent at Rs 3.19 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4.42 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 55.77 per cent to Rs 2.49 crore from Rs 5.63 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 157.85 per cent to Rs 0.70 crore as against Rs -1.21 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 179.43 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 180.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.14 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
