The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.25 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.50 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 92.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 33.83 per cent at Rs 143.41 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 107.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 32.47 per cent to Rs 131.21 crore from Rs 99.05 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 900.00 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 50.62 per cent to Rs 12.20 crore as against Rs 8.10 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 12.57 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 120.95 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.96 crore, while Taxation decreased by 98.86 per cent at Rs -0.01 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.88 crore).
