The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.11 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.67 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 83.58 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 14.93 per cent at Rs 27.29 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 32.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 13.40 per cent to Rs 26.94 crore from Rs 31.11 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.14 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.28 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 63.92 per cent to Rs 0.35 crore as against Rs 0.97 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 58.22 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 27.03 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.27 crore, while Taxation decreased by 166.67 per cent at Rs -0.04 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.06 crore).
