The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.10 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.03 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 14.66 per cent at Rs 19.33 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 22.65 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 14.51 per cent to Rs 19.21 crore from Rs 22.47 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 15.79 per cent at Rs 0.22 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.19 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 36.84 per cent to Rs 0.12 crore as against Rs 0.19 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 25.61 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 44.44 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.20 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.04 crore).
