The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.05 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.39 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 87.18 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 55.67 per cent at Rs 41.72 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 26.80 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 41.73 per cent to Rs 45.17 crore from Rs 31.87 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 67.34 per cent at Rs 4.15 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 2.48 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 31.95 per cent to Rs -3.45 crore as against Rs -5.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 56.21 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation increased by 150.00 per cent at Rs 0.30 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.60 crore).
