The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.43 crore compared to net loss of Rs 49.88 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose two fold by 212.06 per cent at Rs 79.98 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 25.63 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.20 per cent to Rs 79.22 crore from Rs 73.90 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.35 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 101.60 per cent to Rs 0.77 crore as against Rs -48.27 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 100.51 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 69.51 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.50 crore, while Taxation increased by 733.33 per cent at Rs 0.19 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.03 crore).
