The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.47 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.23 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 54.49 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 68.25 per cent at Rs 17.68 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 55.69 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 68.98 per cent to Rs 16.14 crore from Rs 52.03 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 57.92 per cent to Rs 1.54 crore as against Rs 3.66 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 32.42 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation decreased by 83.72 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.43 crore).
