The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.01 crore compared to net loss of Rs 2.36 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.45 per cent at Rs 3.94 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 41.75 per cent to Rs 3.92 crore from Rs 6.73 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 58.33 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.12 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 100.86 per cent to Rs 0.02 crore as against Rs -2.33 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 101.06 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 69.23 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore
