The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.81 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.15 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1106.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.13 per cent at Rs 41.35 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 37.21 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.52 per cent to Rs 38.86 crore from Rs 35.16 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 112.00 per cent at Rs 0.12 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs -1.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 20.87 per cent to Rs 2.49 crore as against Rs 2.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 9.06 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 12.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.21 crore, while Taxation increased by 109.68 per cent at Rs 0.65 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.31 crore).
