The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.77 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 333.64 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.55 per cent at Rs 33.92 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 31.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 8.76 per cent to Rs 24.90 crore from Rs 27.29 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 41.86 per cent at Rs 0.25 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.43 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 112.24 per cent to Rs 9.02 crore as against Rs 4.25 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 97.48 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 26.51 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.61 crore, while Taxation increased by 295.24 per cent at Rs 1.66 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.42 crore).
