The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.32 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.78 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 67.20 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 163.24 per cent at Rs 24.35 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 9.25 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 270.42 per cent to Rs 15.78 crore from Rs 4.26 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 217.78 per cent at Rs 1.43 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.45 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 71.74 per cent to Rs 8.57 crore as against Rs 4.99 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 34.77 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 60.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.40 crore, while Taxation increased by 458.62 per cent at Rs 3.24 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.58 crore).
