The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.04 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 15.08 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 26.79 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 41.78 per cent at Rs 95.77 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 67.55 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 60.63 per cent to Rs 86.90 crore from Rs 54.10 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 3.09 per cent at Rs 11.93 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 12.31 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 34.05 per cent to Rs 8.87 crore as against Rs 13.45 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 53.49 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 110.45 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.41 crore, while Taxation decreased by 33.33 per cent at Rs 3.62 crore (Mar'25 Rs 5.43 crore).
