The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.91 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 405.56 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.76 per cent at Rs 25.19 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 20.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.90 per cent to Rs 23.91 crore from Rs 20.63 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 456.52 per cent to Rs 1.28 crore as against Rs 0.23 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 353.57 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation increased by 966.67 per cent at Rs 0.32 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.03 crore).
