The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 19.31 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 22.19 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 12.98 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 11.77 per cent at Rs 116.99 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 132.59 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 16.83 per cent to Rs 100.35 crore from Rs 120.65 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 30.42 per cent at Rs 10.75 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 15.45 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 39.36 per cent to Rs 16.64 crore as against Rs 11.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 57.82 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.05 crore, while Taxation increased by 87.86 per cent at Rs 5.88 crore (Mar'25 Rs 3.13 crore).
