The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 76.20 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 19.78 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 285.24 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 21.81 per cent at Rs 2.33 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2.98 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 30.59 per cent to Rs 9.69 crore from Rs 7.42 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 190.85 per cent at Rs 70.27 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 24.16 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 65.77 per cent to Rs -7.36 crore as against Rs -4.44 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 111.43 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 80.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 222.98 per cent at Rs 21.22 crore (Mar'25 Rs 6.57 crore).
