The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.48 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 10.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 31.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 21.97 per cent at Rs 223.15 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 182.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.58 per cent to Rs 206.09 crore from Rs 165.43 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 353.57 per cent at Rs 6.35 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.40 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 2.63 per cent to Rs 17.06 crore as against Rs 17.52 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 20.15 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 12.90 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.08 crore, while Taxation increased by 13.77 per cent at Rs 5.04 crore (Mar'25 Rs 4.43 crore).
