The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 36.79 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 8.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 349.76 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.37 per cent at Rs 757.89 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 864.84 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 14.92 per cent to Rs 691.36 crore from Rs 812.62 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 268.90 per cent at Rs 32.50 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 8.81 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 27.40 per cent to Rs 66.53 crore as against Rs 52.22 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 45.36 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 10.54 per cent y-o-y to Rs 31.05 crore, while Taxation increased by 123.55 per cent at Rs 8.07 crore (Mar'25 Rs 3.61 crore).
