Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and read with schedule III of aforesaid regulations dated 30 January 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 29 May 2026, has inter alia approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary by the name ''Earkart Pharmaceuticals Private Limited'' and ''Earkart Healthcare Services Private Limited''.
