The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 4.27 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 1.10 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 45.27 per cent at Rs 10.06 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 18.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 26.83 per cent to Rs 13.83 crore from Rs 18.90 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 77.89 per cent at Rs 0.42 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.90 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 580.77 per cent to Rs -3.54 crore as against Rs -0.52 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1146.81 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 14.41 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.95 crore, while Taxation increased by 450.00 per cent at Rs -1.21 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.22 crore).
