The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.41 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 11.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 52.92 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 5.00 per cent at Rs 139.57 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 146.91 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.75 per cent to Rs 121.37 crore from Rs 131.57 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 88.89 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.18 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 18.64 per cent to Rs 18.20 crore as against Rs 15.34 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 24.90 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 733.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.25 crore, while Taxation increased by 129.16 per cent at Rs 8.41 crore (Mar'25 Rs 3.67 crore).
