The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 1.04 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.02 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 68.24 per cent at Rs 10.01 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 31.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 68.65 per cent to Rs 10.03 crore from Rs 31.99 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 133.33 per cent at Rs 1.19 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.51 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 95.74 per cent to Rs -0.02 crore as against Rs -0.47 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 83.22 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 140.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.12 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
