The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.68 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 239.24 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 71.52 per cent at Rs 2.33 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 8.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 36.77 per cent to Rs 3.99 crore from Rs 6.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 76.18 per cent at Rs 7.47 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 4.24 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 188.24 per cent to Rs -1.65 crore as against Rs 1.87 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 409.17 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 5.21 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.09 crore, while Taxation decreased by 106.29 per cent at Rs -0.11 crore (Mar'25 Rs 1.75 crore).
