The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.47 crore compared to net loss of Rs 26.65 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 37.23 per cent at Rs 1.29 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 0.94 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 81.71 per cent to Rs 5.81 crore from Rs 31.76 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 85.30 per cent to Rs -4.53 crore as against Rs -30.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 89.33 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 220.31 per cent y-o-y to Rs -0.77 crore, while Taxation decreased by 9.50 per cent at Rs -4.38 crore (Mar'25 Rs -4.84 crore).
