The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.62 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.28 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 20.12 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.63 per cent at Rs 75.37 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 74.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.56 per cent to Rs 71.20 crore from Rs 71.60 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 93.10 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.16 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 62.89 per cent to Rs 4.17 crore as against Rs 2.56 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 60.29 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 1800.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.38 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.78 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
