The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.02 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 9.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 36.16 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 40.74 per cent at Rs 49.97 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 84.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 43.09 per cent to Rs 40.21 crore from Rs 70.65 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 114.29 per cent at Rs 0.30 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.14 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 28.58 per cent to Rs 9.77 crore as against Rs 13.68 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 20.53 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 40.88 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.94 crore, while Taxation increased by 6.73 per cent at Rs 2.38 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.23 crore).
