The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.35 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 10.68 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.01 per cent at Rs 60.77 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 57.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.19 per cent to Rs 54.32 crore from Rs 50.21 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 60.00 per cent at Rs 0.48 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.30 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 15.80 per cent to Rs 6.45 crore as against Rs 7.66 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.79 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 53.13 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.30 crore, while Taxation decreased by 8.37 per cent at Rs 2.08 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.27 crore).
