Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has allotted 45,00,000 equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each at issue price of Rs. 15.18 per shears, on an preferential Basis to Mr. Sunil Kumar Jain, Promoter of the Company by way of conversion of Rs. 6.83 Crores unsecured loan into equity.
