In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 company is in receipt of a notice from both the stock Exchanges dated 27.05.2026 regarding non-compliance with various provisions of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 for the quarter ended 31.03.2026 and have imposed a fine of Rs. 7,64,640 (inclusive of GST) by each Exchange for non-compliance of the provisions.
