Vipul Organics Limited has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Switzerland-based Omya Group, a global leader in industrial minerals and specialty chemical distribution, to strengthen its footprint across the European market.

Under the partnership, Omya will serve as the exclusive distributor for Vipul Organics' SunTone® and SunCoat® pigment product ranges across several European countries, including the United Kingdom, Norway, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, and Moldova, among others. Switzerland and Poland have been excluded from the arrangement.

The agreement covers Vipul Organics’ high-performance pigment dispersions and pigment powders used in a wide range of industries, including paints, coatings, inks, plastics, textiles, rubber, automotive coatings, paper coatings, detergents, and decorative applications.

The collaboration combines Vipul Organics’ manufacturing expertise and extensive pigment portfolio with Omya’s well-established distribution network spanning more than 50 countries and over 170 locations worldwide. Through its regional warehouses, laboratories, and technical support infrastructure, Omya is expected to enhance market access and customer service for Vipul’s products across Europe.

The partnership forms part of Vipul Organics’ broader international expansion strategy and is expected to strengthen the company's presence in overseas markets over the coming years. By leveraging Omya’s distribution capabilities, the company aims to increase adoption of its specialty pigment solutions while delivering improved support and supply chain efficiency to European customers.

The alliance marks a significant milestone in Vipul Organics’ efforts to expand its global reach and reinforce its position in the specialty chemicals and pigments industry.
