Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today i.e. Saturday, 13th June, 2026, have approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ashish Chandrakant Agrawal as the Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 3 (three) consecutive years from 13th June 2026 to 12th June 2029, subject to the approval of shareholders.\r\n\r\nThe disclosure required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, concerning the above re-appointment, is enclosed as Annexure I to this letter.\r\n
