Gujarat Inject Kerala secures Rs 14.49 cr solar module order from Deon Energy

Gujarat Inject Kerala Ltd. (GIKL), which is in the process of rebranding as Regenova Renewtech Limited, has received a purchase order worth approximately Rs 14.49 crore (excluding GST) from Deon Energy Limited for the supply of 16,129 solar photovoltaic (PV) modules with a capacity of 620 WP each.

The order marks another significant step in the company's expansion into the renewable energy sector and strengthens its presence in India's growing solar infrastructure market.

The latest contract follows a series of solar module orders secured from customers including Earthwave Technology, Perfect Renewtech, and Surja Infra. With the addition of the Deon Energy order, the company continues to build a robust order pipeline in the clean energy segment.

The order comes amid strong financial performance by the company in FY26. Revenue from operations rose nearly 91 per cent year-on-year to Rs 36.32 crore, compared with Rs 19.05 crore in FY25. Net profit increased by around 78 per cent to Rs 1.81 crore, while profit before tax grew to Rs 2.50 crore from Rs 1.25 crore a year earlier.

During the fourth quarter of FY26, revenue from operations surged to Rs 30.70 crore from Rs 4.24 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Profit after tax for the quarter rose sharply to Rs 1.64 crore, compared with Rs 0.07 crore in Q4FY25. Earnings per share improved to Rs 1.24 from Rs 0.70 in FY25.

Commenting on the development, Deepak Diwan Bachwani said the order from Deon Energy reflects growing customer confidence in the company's capabilities and reinforces its commitment to building a scalable solar solutions platform. He added that the company remains focused on expanding its presence in the solar PV module segment and strengthening its execution pipeline.

The company recently received approval for its proposed name change to Regenova Renewtech Limited, a move that aligns with its evolving business strategy and increasing focus on renewable energy and solar solutions.

With a growing order book, improving financial performance and a stronger focus on clean energy opportunities, Gujarat Inject Kerala believes it is well-positioned to benefit from rising demand for solar infrastructure and renewable energy solutions across India.
