The Board approved the appointment of Mrs. Ashwini Atish Raut having Membership No: A79853 as its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and recognized her as a Key Managerial Person in accordance with section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013. Her appointment is with effect from 16th June 2026.
