This is to inform you that 64th Annual General Meeting of Members of the Company is scheduled to be convened on Wednesday, the 29th July, 2026.\r\n\r\nPursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI LODR, 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, the 17th July, 2026 as the record date for payment of Final Dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026, if the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the AGM.
