Copper futures gained Rs 10.65 to Rs 1,252.90 per kg on Thursday, supported by firm spot demand and increased buying interest.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), July copper contracts rose 0.8% to Rs 1,252.90 per kg, with a trading volume of 3,085 lots. Analysts attributed the uptick in prices to higher bets by market participants amid improving demand.
