Jindal Stainless has appointed Kunjal Mehta as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective June 25, 2026, following approval by the company's Board.

With over 25 years of experience across the steel, power, ports, logistics, and technology sectors, Mehta will lead the company's financial strategy, overseeing treasury, capital management, financial planning, investor relations, risk management, and strategic growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Jindal Stainless, Mehta served as CFO of Adani Energy Solutions and has held senior leadership roles at Adani Electricity Mumbai, Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone, and Essar Steel India. The company said his appointment is expected to strengthen its financial leadership as it pursues its next phase of growth and expansion.
