Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform the Exchange that the timeline for completion of the second tranche of acquisition of equity stake in MoMagic Wireless Private Limited by IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited, a material subsidiary of the Company has been extended to 30th September 2026 or such other date as mutually agreed between the parties to the Definitive Transaction Agreements.
