The Board Of directors of Alfavision Overseas (INDIA) Limited, at its meeting held i.e. Wednesday, July 1 2026 has interalia approved :\r\n1. Acquisition of 34 % of Equity shares of Alfa valley Resort & Wellness Private limited increasing the companies shareholding to 74% pursuant to which it will become a subsidiary subject to completion of necessary formalities \r\n2. Submission of a joint application by Alfa valley resort & Wellness Private Limited and Della Resort and Adventure Private Limited for allotment of approximately 113 hectares of Government Land under the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Policy 2025 for a proposed 300 crore Ulta Mega Tourism project subject requisite approvals.
