CSIR–National Chemical Laboratory (CSIR-NCL), Pune, has inaugurated its upgraded state-of-the-art Skill Development Centre, aimed at enhancing technical training and industry-ready skill development under the CSIR Integrated Skill Initiative (CSIR-ISI).

The renovated facility features modern classrooms with interactive smart displays, a digital conference room, computer lab, analytical laboratories, and a centralized office for Skill Development Programs. The modernization was supported through the CSR initiative of Envalior.

CSIR-NCL said the upgraded centre will strengthen practical training, improve industry-relevant competencies, and help build a highly skilled workforce aligned with the evolving needs of the scientific and industrial sectors.
