Appointment of Mr. Santosh Parab (DIN:01622988) as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director w.e.f. July 03, 2026. \r\n2. Appointment of Mr. Rahul Adakmol as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from July 15, 2026.\r\n3. Mr. Narsimha Shibroor Kamath has stepped aside from the position of Chief Executive Officer with effect from close of business hours on July 14, 2026, while continuing to serve as the Managing Director of the Company. \r\n
