Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited, a material subsidiary of the Company, has acquired an additional 1.00% equity stake in Ascent Circuits Private Limited, a subsidiary of IL JIN and a step-down subsidiary of the Company on 3rd July 2026.
