Laser Power & Infra Ltd (LPIL) has fixed the price band for its Rs 742 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) at Rs 203–214 per share. The public issue will open for subscription on July 9 and close on July 13, while the anchor investor portion will open on July 8.

At the upper end of the price band, the Kolkata-based integrated power cables and transmission products manufacturer is expected to command a valuation of around Rs 3,000 crore.
