Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain close from Monday, 27th July, 2026 to Wednesday, 05th August, 2026 for the purpose of 51st Annual General Meeting.
