Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with schedule III of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015 and in continuation of our earlier disclosures dated January 21,2026 and June 02,2026 regarding the acquisition of equity shares of Avyom Foodtech Private Limited, we wish to inform you that the acquisition has been completed. Accordingly, DSM Fresh Foods Limited has acquired 100% stake in Avyom Foodtech private limited.
