The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 163.22 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 92.73 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 76.02 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.21 per cent at Rs 312.95 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 264.74 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 47.43 per cent to Rs 204.68 crore from Rs 138.83 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1100.33 per cent at Rs 108.87 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 9.07 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 14.01 per cent to Rs 108.27 crore as against Rs 125.91 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 27.25 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 11.06 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.54 crore, while Taxation increased by 33.72 per cent at Rs 42.63 crore (Jun'25 Rs 31.88 crore).
