NITI Aayog has released a roadmap outlining measures to expand India's bioeconomy to USD 691 billion by 2035 and USD 2.6 trillion by 2047 through mission-mode execution.

The report, titled "Roadmap for Building India as a Leading BioEconomy Powerhouse by 2035," emphasizes the need to transition from fragmented initiatives to a coordinated national execution framework to accelerate growth in the bioeconomy sector.
