The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.45 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 5.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 103.70 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 34.37 per cent at Rs 146.70 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 109.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 30.36 per cent to Rs 122.68 crore from Rs 94.11 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 194.16 per cent at Rs 4.03 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.37 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 59.46 per cent to Rs 24.03 crore as against Rs 15.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 18.70 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 407.32 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.08 crore, while Taxation increased by 90.10 per cent at Rs 3.65 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1.92 crore).
