The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.62 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.83 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 98.96 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 86.33 per cent at Rs 96.89 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 52.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 84.86 per cent to Rs 85.37 crore from Rs 46.18 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 150.00 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.06 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 97.77 per cent to Rs 11.51 crore as against Rs 5.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 6.07 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 223.68 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.23 crore, while Taxation increased by 64.33 per cent at Rs 2.58 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1.57 crore).
