The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 43.73 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 24.94 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 75.34 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.09 per cent at Rs 728.60 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 591.94 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.47 per cent to Rs 674.88 crore from Rs 569.64 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 80.54 per cent at Rs 1.30 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 6.68 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 76.43 per cent to Rs 75.14 crore as against Rs 42.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 43.39 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 10.13 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.37 crore, while Taxation increased by 78.01 per cent at Rs 15.06 crore (Jun'25 Rs 8.46 crore).
