The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs has launched Special Campaign 3.0 to facilitate the resolution of pension-related grievances of its pensioners and family pensioners. The campaign is being conducted at the Office of the Additional Secretary, Parliament House, New Delhi, from July 17 to August 18, 2026.

Pensioners and family pensioners can submit their grievances until July 31, 2026, either in person during office hours or in advance through Speed Post. Applicants are required to provide details such as their name, designation at the time of retirement, PPO number, bank details, date of retirement, contact information, and relevant supporting documents, including copies of the PPO and updated bank passbook.

The ministry said the initiative aims to ensure the timely redressal of pension-related issues and improve services for retired employees and their families.
